22 October 2022: The Agricultural University Day in Hohenheim was streamed live on the Internet, so that another 120 people could participate this way. Intensive agriculture is now seen as one of the main drivers of species loss. However, in a positive sense, this also means that numerous levers need to be set in motion here in order to put a stop to the loss of biodiversity. Experts from science and practice discussed this.
Ralph Dejas, project manager at the Global Nature Fund and coordinator of the Food for Biodiversity association founded in 2021, was invited to present the activities of this strong alliance and to participate in the panel discussion at the end of the day. The Global Nature Fund is involved as a project partner in the UBi project "Business and Biodiversity". The association Food for Biodiversity is also involved in this project.
