I am the Director for Conservation Biology and co-owner of Nature Heritage, an independent consultancy specializing in environmental conservation and cultural heritage, linking sound scientific research with conservation management, active environmental education and outreach. We assist businesses in to achieve the status of a Biodiversity Positive Business.
With more than 20 years of experience, I specialize and work worldwide in conservation biology. After gaining degrees in basic biological sciences and applied ecology in Germany and the UK, I have served Bristol and Cambridge University, UCL and the conservation charities ZSL, London, and Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, Jersey. I serve the Center for Applied Tropical Ecology & Conservation, Universidad de Puerto Rico as Research Fellow. He is member of the Editorial Board of ISRN Ecology.
